    • Inventory Journals
    • General Journals
    • Keeping record of Fixed Asset Register
    • Compiling of Annual Financial Statements
    • Minutes of Meeting
    • Audit Pack for External Auditors 

All the above is done with the sole purpose of compiling the Annual Financial Statments (AFS). The annual financial is used to do the submission to CIPC (Statutary requirement) and SARS (Tax requirement).
