• Complete the form below. (You will not be able to submit the form unless you are logged in) Login
• Pay the R450 fees on our secure online payment option by credit card, or by EFT/direct deposit.
• Upload, e-mail or fax the proof of payment if payed by ETF/direct deposit.
• Upload or e-mail a copy of your ID document, proof of physical address.
